NEWS

(Mar 30) A final triumph for Australian ODI captain for Michael Clarke. He farewells limited overs cricket with 245 ODIs (6th for Aus), 74 as captain (4th), 7981 runs (4th) at an average of 44.58, and 106 catches (5th).

(Mar 27) Australia's record in World Cup semi-finals remains unblemished: 7 out of 7. Opener David Warner passes 2000 runs in ODIs.

(Mar 25) On their 7th attempt, New Zealand win their first World Cup semi-final and on Saturday meet the winner of Australia v India. For the vanquished South Africans, captain AB de Villers passes Jacques Kallis as the Protea's greatest run scorer in World Cup matches. His total now stands at 1207 runs for 23 matches.

(Mar 21) Martin Guptill scorches the record of highest innings scored at the ICC World Cup - set 25 days ago by Chris Gayle. Guptill's 237* also breaks his own record of highest innings by a New Zealander, and the Black Caps total of 393-6 is the highest they have scored at the World Cup.
