Jun 23  Congratulations to Ireland and Afghanistan on achieving Full Member status of the ICC, meaning they will be eligible to play Test matches. The 2 countries will continue to be listed in Associate members tables and menus until they have played a debut Test.

Jun 16 Indian captain Virat Kohli scores 8000 runs in ODIs, taking the fewest innings (175) of any batsman to reach this milestone. The previous record holder was AB de Villiers on 182, followed by Sourav Ganguly on 200.

Jun 10 Young Afghan leg-spinner Rashid Khan takes 7-18, only one run for each of his years. Only the 11th bowler to take 7-for in an ODI.
